We’re excited to welcome Coach Gale to the GLSC team! With a background in competitive soccer through college, Gale eventually found a passion for hiking, the outdoors, and functional fitness, leading him to shift away from soccer and into the world of strength and conditioning. After years of coaching soccer and strength/agility, he earned his personal training certification and began coaching classes and clients.
Gale is passionate about creating an inclusive space where individuals of all backgrounds can strengthen their relationships with fitness and their bodies. He loves squat cleans, burpees, and any workout that includes them—just don’t ask him to do squat snatches! A firm believer in movement as a tool for transformation, Gale coaches to help others challenge themselves, grow, and discover their full potential, both physically and mentally. We’re thrilled to have him on board!
