They’re delivered in smaller groups for more personalized coaching. 💪 Strength Series: A 6-week series dedicated to lifting heavy weights with control (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays) 🏋️ Barbell Club: Weekly classes on Olympic weightlifting skills— clean, jerk, snatch. (Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays) 🦴 Bone Building: Join friends to lift and jump your way to stronger, healthier bones (Tuesdays & Thursdays at 11am) 🏋️♂️ Kettlebell Club: Master the skill of the kettlebell and discover how much you can do with one simple piece of metal (Saturdays at 10am) 🏃♀️ Athletic Training: Combine strength, power, and agility into a long, limber lifestyle. Starting Mon, Apr 21 at 11 AM and 3:30 PM! (Mondays and Fridays) If GLSC members want more barbell, we give ‘em more barbell!
