My name is Alex I was born and raised in NJ and recently moved to Seattle from Utah. What I love about our gym is that everyone at GLSC, both members and staff have made me feel right at home from day one. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, welcoming and care deeply about the health and fitness of their athletes. Everyone is very supportive of each other no matter their fitness background and everyone works hard knowing that they are surrounded by someone working just as hard. I am excited and honored to be part of this community!

My motivation as a coach: I believe that moving well and moving often is the key to living a happy and long life. I want to help people feel confident in their fitness journeys so that they can continue to do the things they love to do well into the older years of our lives. Being active has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember and I want to share the knowledge I have gained through experience in the health and fitness industry to help others live their fullest lives.
