I grew up playing competitive soccer and continued the sport into college. However, my passion for hiking and the outdoors, alongside my introduction to CrossFit, inspired me to pivot away from soccer and dive into the world of functional fitness. After years of coaching soccer and strength/agility, I obtained my personal training certification and began coaching classes and clients.

I fell in love with the empowerment and embodiment embedded in functional fitness. Fitness is an incredibly powerful tool for self-discovery, community, and personal growth. As a staunch advocate for mental health and health at every size, I aspire to provide a safe space for individuals of all backgrounds and identities to explore and enhance their relationships with their bodies. I’m thrilled to be joining the Greenlake community, where I can continue building meaningful connections and supporting individuals as they grow in their fitness journeys.

Why I coach: I am an explorer at heart. Whether it’s running, hiking, climbing, or sitting in the woods writing poetry, I love how fitness opens doors for me to challenge myself both physically and mentally. I believe that movement can transform lives. I strive to provide support, education, and empathy to help people explore all they are capable of and establish a stronger relationship with themselves.
