I consider myself a lifelong athlete and have played soccer as long as I can remember. After my collegiate career, I scaled soccer back and started supplementing with strength training to focus on health. I started coaching in 2017 as a means to improve my own fitness but found joy helping others which is what drives me as a coach today.

Least Favorite Movement: Burpees
My motivation as a coach: Seeing results in fitness can be hard but working towards a goal while surrounded by like minded individuals makes showing up so much easier. I strongly believe that community is the key to building a stronger and healthier life and I look forward to contributing to the wonderful GLSC community as your coach.
