The new design was made for us by local artist Nick Alan Foote. Here is a little bit about him:
Nick is a queer Alaskan Native artist who specializes in formline design, illustration, and weaving. He was born and grew up in Alaska, but now lives here in Washington. Creating art is how he stays connected to his Tlingit culture. He has created art for us in the past as well! He was the artist behind our eagle design, which we have on our green hoodies and black t-shirts. We’ll be donating proceeds from the shirts to the Lambert House, a Seattle-based organization that empowers lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning youth by developing leadership, social, and life skills. @lamberthouse
