I grew up in Virginia, then lived in Southern California for 15 years before moving to Seattle in 2012. I spent most of my youth playing soccer, but never did any real strength and conditioning until college, and I’ve been in love with it ever since. I have been a personal trainer and group fitness coach since 2014. The energy at GLSC has been incredible from the moment I walked in the door, and I’m excited to be a part of such a wonderful community.

My motivation as a coach: I truly believe the work you do in the gym leads to a bigger and more fulfilling life outside of the gym, and I am grateful to play even the smallest role in that journey. Hearing athletes get excited about how their fitness has improved their day to day lives, how they’ve overcome challenges, and how they feel motivated to try new things is incredibly inspiring and motivates me to continue to share the gift of health.
