✨ Class Spotlight: Mobility ✨ This class helps you build positions you can actually use to move better in lifts, workouts, and everyday life. Expect controlled mobility work, isometrics, and positional strength to unlock restrictions and keep you moving well over time.

👏 No experience needed. Everything is accessible and designed to meet you where you’re at!

✨This is great for: •Anyone feeling stiff, tight, or limited •Members wanting to squat deeper or move overhead more comfortably •Reducing aches + improving overall movement quality •Anyone who just wants to feel better in their body

✨What to Expect: •A slower-paced, guided session •Mobility work for hips, shoulders, spine, and ankles •Coaching on breathing, bracing, and control •Leaving feeling looser, more stable, and ready for your next workout

✨Class Schedule: Sun: 11am & 12pm Tue & Thu: 8am & 7:30pm
