I spent my youth in Southern California and my formative years in Idaho; sports was always something I just did. Swimming, Surfing, Mountain biking, skiing, tennis, golf, and rowing in college kept me fit. Then life catches up, and you slow down a little too much. Seven years ago, I found CrossFit while preparing for a Spartan race; I did some spartan races but fell in love with CrossFit as a way of life and never looked back. Level 2 coach later, and I found my passion for helping people be healthier and live a fuller life.
