NWCF is where I began my functional fitness journey and I am thrilled to be back! I was an instant fan of the adaptability and universality of the sport, but it was the community that kept me coming back. There is something magical about the bonds that are forged amidst the sweat and struggle of a great workout.

My motivation as a coach: I want each and every one of my athletes to move well and feel great for a lifetime. My primary goal is to help each athlete build a solid foundation of impeccable movement first, and then layer in intensity. I’m here to help athletes find their edges, invite them to push past them and encourage them to celebrate the progress! I truly believe that the sport of functional fitness provides an unmatched opportunity to grow in all dimensions towards the best versions of ourselves – as athletes, people and friends.
