My Motivation as a coach: What motivates me as a coach is the excitement and joy I see when movements finally click for athletes. Watching them crush goals, helping them set news goals, and to continue that cycle and help them improve incrementally with each new achievement. I feel most motivated when my athletes surpass my own abilities.
