I have been CrossFit training for over 10 years! I began CrossFit as a college student in 2011 and haven’t looked back! I had no formal exercise experience and had no clue what I was getting into when I walked into that CrossFit gym. However, I quickly fell in love with movement, coaching and a healthy and active life style. After coaching full time for 5 years at CFNYC I moved to Seattle to begin grad school at UW. Although my coaching hours have significantly decreased, I will always love being part of a community and look forward to coming to GLSC!

Favorite Movement: handstand push ups, Toes to bar, hang power cleans

My motivation as a coach: I love the process of teaching and coaching! Of finding new and different ways to teach movements and to see that “ah ha” moment when an athlete finally makes that connection between thinking and doing.
