DISCOUNTS
We do not offer student or other discounts. Our memberships are priced for you to show up and get results. Here’s a short article from NPR that explains how other gyms price for the opposite.
FREE TRIALS
We do not offer free trials. We have found that if we spend time together 1:1 or in a small group, it really helps members get started more comfortably, which ultimately helps them reach their goals.
Key Membership Policies
We want to keep things simple and transparent so you always know what to expect with your membership. Quick summary:
– No refunds
– Memberships and passes have expiration dates
– Unused visits don’t roll over
– Memberships are for you only
– Recurring memberships require 7 days’ notice and end at the close of a billing period
No refunds
Once purchased, memberships and passes are final. We aren’t able to offer refunds for unused time or visits.
Memberships and passes have expiration dates
Each membership or pass is active for its set term. For recurring memberships, that’s each billing period (usually monthly). Passes and punch cards also come with a set expiration (often annually).
Unused visits don’t roll over
Visits reset at the start of each new billing period. Passes and punch cards can’t be extended past their expiration date or applied to another membership.
Memberships are for you only
Memberships, visits, and benefits are meant just for the member who purchased them. They can’t be transferred, sold, or shared.
Recurring memberships require 7 days’ notice and end at the close of a billing period
If you’d like to cancel, please let us know at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Cancellations always take effect at the end of a billing period.
If notice is given less than 7 days before billing, your membership will continue through the following billing period. Example: If your billing date is July 30 and you cancel on July 25, your membership will run through August 31. Any scheduled payments in that window will still be processed, since payments are non-refundable.
Why do we have these policies?
We know getting to the gym can be tough, and we’ve found that having some financial skin in the game really helps people stay consistent. Our goal isn’t just to take your money — it’s to help you show up, use your visits, and feel the progress. We even reach out to members when we haven’t seen them in a bit. But if we offered refunds or rollovers, we wouldn’t be the kind of accountability partner we want to be.
That said, life happens. If you face an unexpected hardship, please reach out — we’ll do our best to work with you. But just so we’re clear: “I got busy and forgot to cancel my membership” isn’t a hardship. 😅
