Nope. We’ll ask questions during your free intro about your background and goals to make sure this is the right fit for you.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever feels comfortable for the weather. We usually keep the doors open, so if it’s hot, go with lightweight clothes. If it’s cold, bring some layers.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely! Fitness is better together. Just email us at [email protected] so we know to expect both of you.

Do you offer free trial workouts?

No, we don’t. We’ve found that free workouts don’t let us deliver the high-value service our members receive. Instead, our No Sweat Intro dives into your experience and history to help us build the best long-term fitness journey for you.
