Outdoor Endurance starts this Wed at 6:30 PM
In our last survey, many of you shared that you’d like to see more conditioning focused classes. Some members specifically requested Steve Rybolt’s outdoor workouts.
So we are bringing back the endurance workouts. They will be every other Wednesday at 6:30 PM.
Steve’s classes focus on building strength and endurance for outdoor activities like hiking, skiing, and generally having fun!
Locations and workouts will be in Train Heroic every week.
