Do you know our next great coach?

Do you know a great coach? Have you ever wanted to learn? Let us know – we can help you get trained and certified!

We’re looking for assistant coaches to help build out our coaching team. Learn from the best coaches in Seattle and work with the best members in the universe!

Do you have a full-time job/class schedule/family life already? No problem. We’re looking for back-up coaches who can fill in hours here and there too.

Do you have a favorite coach from another gym? Please ask them if they’re looking for more hours.

Successful candidates must love people, hard work, and constant improvement.

Mask policy update – no longer required for fully vaccinated people!

Per the June 30 changes, we are making a slight relaxation to our mask policy. If you are fully vaccinated, you are no longer required to wear a mask at all in the gym.

If you are not yet fully vaccinated, we ask that you wear your mask at all times, including during the workout.

We aren’t changing cleaning or capacity policies at this time. We still ask that you sanitize things that you grip and reserve your spot for our 9 spaces in class.

Steve Rybolt’s endurance 6:30pm on 7/14 at Roosevelt HS Track
Outdoor endurance led by Steve Rybolt is every other Wednesday at 6:30pm. The next one is Wednesday, July 14, 6:30pm, at the Roosevelt High School Track.

Jacob and Cait’s Saturday 1:00pm WOD
Jacob Richey, a long-time member who grew up in the gym, is hosting an epic workout with Cait McNeill every Saturday at 1pm. It’s not on the calendar, but feel free to drop by the gym any Saturday at 1pm.

These are both in a free trial phase, so neither of these two bonus workouts count against your membership at this time.
