Movement foundations for life
Our youth classes are designed to develop a love for movement first, an understanding of how to move safely and effectively second, and strength-building third.
Kids and teens will safely learn the basics to continue an active lifestyle for decades.
Our coaches, Zeyab and Joey, have over a decade of combined experience working with youth. They’re passionate about teaching the fundamentals of strength, movement, and fitness to kids – in a super-fun and encouraging way.
We’re now enrolling now for our first 6-week session, March 5 – April 9. We’re offering classes for two age groups:
- Saturday 1 – 2PM: 7 – 10 year old (FULL!)
- Saturday 2PM – 3PM: 7 – 10 year old
