Our current workout cycle wraps up this week with testing our strength in the shoulder press, pull-up, and deadlift throughout the week.
Our next cycle will be 13 weeks long beginning next Monday, Aug 25. We’ll be focused on putting on muscle mass and bulletproofing.
Back-to-school shoe drive supporting Upower
Please bring lightly used athletic shoes of any kind to find a new home. The shoes will be provided to Seattle youth. Upower (https://u-power.org/) builds positive relationships through trauma-informed coaching using movement and play to empower and educate youth who are underserved.
Sizes needed: Kids 7 – Adult 15
