Thanks so much for those of you who filled out the survey this summer. We’ve gone through all the feedback written and scored. We really appreciate when you leave your names so we can follow-up with more questions. And we also appreciate those who give us feedback however they are comfortable.
Here’s how you scored the workouts:

Of course we’d love to see this as 100% 5’s, but we also appreciate when you tell us where we can do better. And given that we’re writing workouts for 300 different people, we’re overall pleased with this feedback. The 1 here is someone who hasn’t been to the gym in a while and we can relate that workouts are terrible when you can’t make them happen! We’re working with them to help them get back here.
Here’s how you scored the intensity:

Again, we’re pretty happy with this score. A little skew towards too hard, but mostly in the middle. We prioritize consistency over intensity, so seeing that we’re near the middle is good. And a little skew towards too hard means we’re challenging many of you, which is also good.

Again, we would love to see this as 100% 5’s, but also we’re pleased that this is the highest score of the questions we asked. We couldn’t agree more that our coaches are top notch. And they really are the best part of GLSC, after the members of course. 😉
