✨Member Spotlight✨ Meet Sarah and Patrick! A little about them in their own words: We’re both Midwesterners at heart—Sarah grew up in Nebraska and Pat in Indiana. Our paths crossed while working as product designers at Amazon, and earlier this month, we celebrated our first wedding anniversary. How long have you been members of GLSC? We’re on year 2 as members, oh how time flies when you’re AMRAP’ing. How has being a part of the gym benefited you? We love being morning people. Starting the day with a physical challenge alongside positive people sets us up for success and gives us perspective. Also, we want to be snatched. What is your favorite movement or workout? Sarah has a love/hate relationship with anything on the bar. Pat claims to like rope climbing, but Sarah’s never actually seen him do it. What is your favorite music or pump-up song?
