Barbell Club is your chance to slow things down and really refine your technique in the Olympic Lifts (Snatch and Clean & Jerk) in a small group setting. Whether you’re new to lifting or just want to sharpen your form, this class is designed to help you move more efficiently, safely, and confidently with a barbell. Who is it for? Best suited for beginners or anyone who wants to improve their olympic lifts and build a stronger foundation. What you can expect in class: Each session follows a clear structure: General warmup Targeted barbell skill practice A focused primary lift of the day Accessory work to reinforce technique and strength Come and try out a Barbell Club class with your specialty membership!
