We have heard from a number of you that you’re thinking about not only strength, but also bone health. As we age, and especially for women, bone health becomes more important. Some of you may have even been diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia. This course will be based on the LIFTMOR protocol that has been demonstrated to improve bone health.
