Green Lake Strength & Conditioning is a community of athletes who find strength, confidence, and connection by pursuing lifelong health and fitness together. We’ve been in Green Lake for over 15 years, and in 2020 changed ownership to Kate and Nate Muller, two long-time members. We help busy professionals find fitness and community.

This person will welcome new members to our gym by building community and establishing relationships with and between athletes.

A successful Group Coach candidate will

Responsibilities
- Run gym introductions in-person Thurs & Fri 4:30-6:30PM and Sun ~9AM-11AM
- Follow up with new member questions via text, email, and in person
- Update CRM with notes from introductions
- Deliver a personalized experience for incoming members from initial contact through their first 90 days of membership
- Greet and assist anyone looking for help at the gym
- Keep the gym and our equipment clean and organized
- Foster connection between athletes
- Participate and contribute to staff meetings and education events
- Actively engage in professional development and continuing education
- Promote and exemplify the values of Green Lake Strength & Conditioning.
A successful candidate will
- Demonstrate deep passion for fitness
- Be humble in attitude and confident in their communication skills
- Be charismatic and energetic in interacting with new people
- Have excellent organizational skills for spaces as well as task lists
Required Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a participant in group fitness or athletic experience
- Demonstrated experience organizing people, tasks, and spaces
Hours
10-20 hours per week. Primarily weekday evenings, some weekends. In-person required.
Compensation
$20 – $28 per hour based on experience
