I have been crossfitting since 2009, and coaching since 2013. Sound body mechanics are the core of how I think about strength and movement and I bring that focus to every athlete I coach and every class I teach. I think GLSC’s balance of resiliency, strength and intensity sets our athletes up for long-term success and fitness in every aspect of life. I love GLSC’s open space, beautiful location, and welcoming culture that makes fitness education accessible to everyone.
