I joined GLSC as a member and coach in August 2021. I kept working out throughout the pandemic, but haven’t had a good community in awhile. It’s been great getting to know the people at GLSC.
Favorite Movement: Sumo deadlift

My motivation as a coach: I love helping people find confidence to do things they’ve never done before. Whether it’s a first pullup or handstand or double under, or lifting more weight (safely!) than they thought they could, I love sharing that moment with an athlete. I know each of those moments for myself have helped me outside of the gym as much as inside the gym. I love when I can recognize that change in other athletes.
