Meet Tessa—lax player turned PNW resident with her giant pup Finn. She’s been with GLSC for 2.5 years, loves cleans and metcons, and surprisingly pumps up with audiobooks and podcasts.

Former gymnast Anu loves handstand walks, Justin Bieber, and workouts with her mini Dachshund by her side. She’s gained confidence and healthy habits through the supportive environment at GLSC and enjoys learning new skills in the Strength Series.

Meet Vincent, a senior at Seattle Academy interning with GLSC through his school’s Senior Project Program. He’s passionate about business, sports, and fitness, and is excited to gain hands-on experience this month!
